Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Refunds
- Full refunds are available for eligible items within the 30-day window.
- Digital products are non-returnable.
Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items (misprints, damaged items), we cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at glow@starnessstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If eligible, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Important Notes for Print-On-Demand Orders
- All items are custom-printed, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/color choices.
- Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
- Exchanges are not available; customers who want a different item will need to place a new order.
