Orders
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, select the items you want, and click Add to Cart. Then follow the checkout prompts to complete your order.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Since all items are printed on demand, we can only make changes within a short window before production starts. Contact us at glow@starnessstudio.com as soon as possible.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
A: Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping. All items come in secure packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: All items are custom printed just for you. Please allow:
- Order Processing: 3–7 business days
- Shipping Transit: 2–5 business days (Standard), 4–8 business days (Economy), 2–3 business days (Priority/Express if offered)
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment. We currently only ship within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund for eligible items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Digital products are non-returnable.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are not available. If you want a different item, you’ll need to place a new order.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For defective or misprinted items, we cover the cost. For other returns, the customer pays for shipping.
Q: How long until I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
A: We strive to work with products and print providers that prioritize quality and sustainability.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size guide. Please review it carefully before ordering.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
